Homemade Minced Pork in Rice Noodle Wrap - Rice noodle wrap is extremely thin yet chewy, unveiling minced pork packed with nuts for extra crunchiness which really added some texture to it. Simple yet delightful.
Tom Yum Soup with Sea Prawns - I'll always be looking forward to Tom Yum soups since I'm a spicy lover. Am really glad the one we tried is not clear based Tom Yum soup which I felt generally lacks in flavor usually. This bowl of soup is quite decent because it encompasses the spicy and sour traits in Tom Yum soup.
Roast Duck in Red Curry with Pineapple - A unique Thai-Chinese fusion dish which has pineapple cubes and grapes added, along with more than 15 herbs and spices. First try at this got me liking how good and different it tasted. Full of ingredients and gravy which is ideal for having it with pandan rice which I am going to mention below.
Steamed Seabass with Lime and Chilli - My favorite dish of all, the special homemade broth is what makes it so yummy all of us were raving about it. Infused with fresh lime juice, garlic, chilli, spring onions etc made it light yet evokes a sense of lingering spiciness that will make you want for more. A must try if you are here.
"Crying Tiger" BBQ Beef Steak - It was quite rough and dry, fortunately the flavor and spiciness made up for it.
Basil Chicken - Tasted quite different, I wished it was not so mushy and there was more spiciness to it.
Pad Thai - I was looking forward to this when I saw it in the brief but it was quite disappointing. The noodles were really dry and doesn't have much taste to it itself.
Thai Style Otak Otak - It was a little harder and less spicy than expected, would be better if it was more moist, tender and spicy. However I thought that it was quite unique to have generous bits of mackerel in there.
Red Ruby with Jackfruit and Coconut Milk - This dessert is perfect, refreshing and not sickly sweet, also it doesn't taste so artificial . Red rubies are homemade and has an extra crunch to it which I really enjoyed. This is a must try too.
Sweet Tapioca with Coconut Milk - The combination of this warm dessert is genius.
Mango Sticky Rice - The only flaw I personally feel was the lack in sweetness in the coconut milk as sticky rice itself usually tastes bland and the mango itself isn't enough to cover and give it a strong flavor.
